St. Augustine Historic Inns (SAHI) is an association of historic B&Bs that offer many uniquely decorated and furnished guest accommodations. Whether you’re planning a wedding, honeymoon, anniversary, romantic getaway, business retreat, or even a staycation, our amazing innkeepers will tend to your every need. Relax and explore the many treasures of St. Augustine, Florida, our nation’s oldest city.

• DIRECT EXPOSURE - Our website features a list of all the members with a direct link to each property’s website and booking websites and includes information about dining and things to do, so prospective guests can plan their stay with you. They can search by name, location, or amenity.
• POWERED BY THINKRES - ThinkRes is currently handling our monthly newsletters, Facebook, and Instagram posts. Member properties are featured monthly on a rotating basis.
• EDUCATION THAT EMPOWERS - ThinkRes encourages our members to join their free monthly educational webinars. We can view them live or the recorded version at our convenience.
• NETWORK. SHARE. GROW. - We do a lot of networking within SAHI, either in a meeting or directly one property to another, about any challenges or issues, including reservation referrals, employee opportunities, service recommendations, and product advice.
• SUPPORTING OUR TEAM - We have continues our educational/social gatherings specifically for housekeepers and owners/managers.
• A TRADITION THAT TOURS & GIVES BACK - We support a robust B&B Holiday Tour the first Sunday in December that features all member properties, offering a chance for each one to be very creative. Tour goers enjoy seeing the properties and make notes of their favorites! We also include about 10 Cultural Partners on Sunday and Monday, that encourages guests to stay overnight. We had 2 charity partners last year, and anticipate selling 700-800 tickets to be able to support our website and marketing efforts.
