If you are hoping for a St. Augustine bed and breakfast with a swimming pool, you’ll not find many, but you’re in luck if you stay here! The Kenwood Inn has a magnificent, large SALTWATER pool with a huge patio surrounded by a brick privacy wall adjacent to the walled courtyard. Enjoy oversized chaise lounges, dining tables, and seating areas for the ultimate relaxing getaway. Our plush pool towels are always available to our guests. (Our insurance company requires that we advise you that swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Only registered guests are permitted to use the pool.)
If you want a beach experience as well, the Atlantic Ocean is only minutes drive from downtown to the south on Anastasia Island or to the north on Vilano Beach. We have beach towels for your use.
St. Augustine is a wonderful city to explore by bicycle, and The Kenwood Inn has several 26″ adult-size street cruisers, safety helmets, and locks available for complimentary guest use.

Tucked away in a side wing of the inn, you'll find this sun-filled room draped in warm earth tones with a touch of soft corals. Adding to the uniqueness of this room is its two-story vaulted ceiling with a stunning large wrought iron chandelier. This room has a step-up canopy queen bed, two lounge chairs and an antique dresser with a mirror. One of the best features of this room is a Cinderella porch with a cafe table and two dining chairs plus views of the courtyard and the swimming pool. The recently renovated beautiful bathroom has a tile shower with multiple shower heads and a large vanity with a vessel sink.
Country Suite

Transitional and elegant in style, The Country Suite features soft gold and steel blue shades. The two-room suite includes a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The totally renovated suite encompasses a living room and spacious master bedroom. The very comfortable and elegant living room has a queen-size sofa bed, coffee table and two side chairs. What makes this suite so unique is the hallway from the living room to the master bedroom with a half bath on one side and on the other side a bathroom with a large vanity, spacious walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. This is ideal as it allows access to the bathroom from the living room without walking through the bedroom. Plus the 1.5 bathrooms makes it ideal for several guests getting ready at the same time.
Elizabeth's Room

This large one-room suite is one of our most popular accommodations. The sun-filled suite overlooks historic Bridge Street and features a beautiful natural-finish, pine four-poster king-size bed and seating area with a queen sofa bed and a desk. A separate foyer area with a stunning chandelier separates your bedroom from the entrance door. This room is decorated in shades of soft yellows and creams, which only enhance the dramatic crown molding and detailed wainscoting surrounding the room. The spacious bathroom features a single-person Jacuzzi tub and shower combination plus a hand-painted vanity with glass vessel sink.
Bayview Grand Suite

This very spacious and sun-filled, two-bedroom suite features elegant contemporary furnishings and is located on the entire third floor. This is the ideal accommodation for families, friends, or couples traveling together but wanting separate bedrooms. The suite can only be rented exclusively as a one-bedroom or two-bedroom. The suite has spectacular water views from all windows and a private balcony with a bird's eye view of the Matanzas Bay. The very spacious bathroom is the perfect option for this suite. There is a double-sink in the bathroom foyer and a separate private bath with a large tile, glass dual-headed shower with body-massaging heads.

This unique suite features two separate bedrooms (separated by a pocket doorway). One bedroom has a full-size bed, the other a king-size bed that can be converted into two twins. The decor is French country with tones of soft creams and blues. Each bedroom has its own bathroom -- one with a shower and the other a single-person shower/Jacuzzi tub combination. The rooms are located on the first floor with a second entrance to the large porch which opens to the walled-courtyard. This is the perfect room for families, girlfriend weekends, or guests preferring separate bedrooms and bathrooms.
