Nestled between the Bayfront and St. George Street on quaint cobblestone Cuna Street is Agustin Inn. Our guests enjoy a central location walking distance to fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, happening night spots and historic attractions. Parking is free and in the morning our guests are treated to a two course, sit-down breakfast with their choice of either indoor or outdoor seating arrangements.

Originally built just after the turn of the century, our three-story home has been lovingly restored throughout the years. Walk through our front gate into our walled garden paved with antique bricks and landscaped with tropical foliage where guests enjoy breakfast or a relaxing evening moment. Enter the front door where you are greeted by a dramatic open staircase lined with a gallery of historic St. Augustine photographs. Original woodwork, hardwood floors and decorative tin ceilings grace the dining room. Our inviting sunroom with floor to ceiling windows is a bright and cheerful place to enjoy breakfast or a cup of fresh Starbucks coffee, and our complimentary WIFI.

Agustin Inn has 18 unique guest suites. Each room has a private modern bathroom, 15 have whirlpool tubs. Four rooms have private balconies and the rest of the rooms have access to our gardens and terraces. Our 12 King and six Queen Beds are luxuriously appointed. For your comfort, ample towels, aromatic soap and shampoo, hair dryers, ceiling fans and cable television are included in each guest suite. An elevator service to all three floors is included so most rooms are easily accessible for all of our guests.
