St Augustine Historic Inn Wins Trip Advisor’s Traveler’s Choice Award for 2013

The world’s largest travel site –, announced the winners of its 2013 Travelers’ Choice® awards for hotels. In its 11th year, the awards have identified the most outstanding properties worldwide, in the categories of Top Hotels, Luxury, Bargain, Service, Small Hotels, and B&Bs and Inns.

One of St Augustine’s very own historic inns won one of these prestigious awards in the B&B category this year. Coming in at number 4 out of 25 bed and breakfast inns in the entire country and number 16 out of 25 inns in the entire world, Cedar House Inn is a winner!

This year, TripAdvisor has named more than 6,000 award-winning properties around the world with lists covering 82 countries and nine regions worldwide. Travel’s Choice winners are based on millions of reviews collected within a year from travelers around the world! Cedar House has 191 excellent reviews in all. Titles of some of these include “Best Breakfast I’ve Ever Had” and “Out of this World”!

Cedar House of St Augustine, Florida is owned by Native Floridian Cyndi Humphrey who is no stranger to the hospitality business. Purchasing the Cedar House was an amazing step in continuing this career and the nation’s oldest city was the ideal setting. It’s apparent that Cyndi loves pampering her guests as they often rave about the service they receive there. Cyndi and St Augustine Historic Inns couldn’t be happier about the news and this prestigious recognition!
