St. Francis Inn’s Strawberry Soup

Served cool and refreshing…

1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 lb Sweet (frozen) Strawberries
1 tbsp honey
1 teaspoon Almond extract
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve cold.
