With healthy Turkey-ham and Swiss cheese
8 slices of bread
1″ thick slice of Turkey-Ham (Jenny-O)
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
6 eggs beaten
1 1/4 cups half & half
Preheat oven to 350′. Spray 9″ casserole baking dish with cooking oil. Trim crusts off bread (Easier when frozen.), and then dice it into even, 1″ chunks, and arrange them into a layer in greased baking dish. Dice Turkey-ham into even 1″ chunks and sprinkle over bread. Spread cheese over that. Beat together eggs and half & half. Pour over casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
