Tour the former Hotel Ponce de Leon, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built by millionaire developer Henry Flagler in 1887, the Ponce s was one of the most exclusive resorts of its day. It is considered to be one of the finest examples of Spanish Renaissance architecture in the United States. The hotel is now home to Flagler College. Public tours include the opulent Grand Parlor, the Dining Hall and the towering dome of the Rotunda, each richly decorated with beautiful allegorical images. Tour times are 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and last approximately one hour. Tours depart from the main lobby (Rotunda) of the college located at 74 King Street

Admission: 7 for adults and $1 for children under the age of 12.

Come learn about “Orienteering”, the sport of navigation with map and compass. It's easy to learn, but always challenging. Participating entries are assigned a Start time on-site and are started at 2-minute intervals on each of the three courses offered. Entries must start between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and hike the course of your choice: 1 mile, 2 mile, or 3 mile. Dress for the weather and bring plenty of water to drink on the trails.
